This is for anyone who has hooked up an aftermarket tach and a/f gauge
i hooked all the wire to what i thought was the right wire but my tach will not read any RPM’s (hooked it to the yellow/red stripe wire) and my A/F gauge is hooked up the the red wire in my O2 sensor can someone confirm anything???
Not sure about the tach, but for the A/F you should need a power, signal, and grounding wire. Make sure you ground it carefully and as instructed. The connections need to be pretty solid too, double-check 'em.

i’m not sure about the tach either…
but the a/f gaugeshould have power, ground, dimmer perhaps? and then a wire to connect to the o2 wire going into the ecu etc…
on the SR is brown, you just gotta tie into it to get the signal. and hook your power for gauges to your ignition so they turn on with the car
anyone know about the tach?? maybe should i try hooking it up to the yellow/red stripe wire before the ECU i tried it after and got nothing. Any help??(if i used a multimeter should i get a signal from that yellow/red wire)??
