Hey All:

Job Opening At Stainless Steel Brakes Corporation:

Quality Control Inspector working for me!

Responsibilities:

  1. Examines materials and/or products for defects
  2. Compares products with parts list or sample model to ensure completion of assembly
  3. Verifies specified dimensions of product or material, in house & from suppliers.
  4. Rejects defective parts, and marks type of defect on parts. Forwards findings to QC.
  5. Interprets engineering drawings, diagrams and confers with managment or engineering to comply with quality standards
  6. Operates any diagnostic equipment needed to perform job.
  7. Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine, Mitutoyo) when needed.
  8. Performs related duties as needed by supervision.

Education / Work Experience:

  1. AAS degree and three to six months related experience.
  2. Previous experience with CMM preferred.

  6. I DO NOT WANT TO LOOK BAD IF I RECOMMEND SOMEONE FOR THE JOB. Hence, if you do ANYTHING to put my reputation at risk, I will recommend that all ties with you end immediately. (This happened in the past, and I will not stand for it again.)

Basically, I need someone here who is self-motivated, and knows how to work WITH people, not just simply tell them what to do. You will be working with machinists very closely, so you need to build a good repoire (SP) with them. I am looking for someone that has an attitude like me, willing to do what is required, and doesn’t sit around bitching all day. I don’t have time to deal with shit workers.
