not true at all, he has to live with the blemishes in the rim not replaced, its HIS CHOICE and HIS MONEY that is intitled to HIM. if he doesnt want the rim he doesnt have to buy it. remember this is money given to HIM by the insurance company to repair HIS car.

as long as you have reciepts for the rims they will give youthe money for them …but honestlly unless they are i-forged or hre, something topend i would rather get credit for and oem rim… for example…most GM factory rims are at lease $500 new. just hope they cant used or reman. rims aval.
because… if the rim is knicked or scratched, its less money to replace and less time then sending out for refinishing. if he can live with a scratch or scuff then thats his right. trust me i run a bodyshop i know all the laws and ins/out of the industry.
