Business in Springville. I think I fixed it, for now. I changed the password on the email server, not sure why I had to but it seems to be working. Tomorrow is a new day so it probably will stop working again. lol
Oh and I found out the email server got hacked by Russians over the weekend. True story.
It is weird that some of us had no problem while others did.

Sounds like there is more involved than is letting on. Probably a backend Exchange issue.

I didn’t know until I just called and I wasn’t hacked, the email server guy was hacked.

Not outlook but windows. Since the update my files are no longer in the same order ther were listed in the old version. I have tried sorting in different ways but no matter what it does not seem to recognize 0 (zero) in file names that begin with 0 (zero). Example: file name 0001234 used to be after 0001233 but now it is some seemlingly random area of the list. Any help? Thanks.
I don’t think it is a sorting issue but a zero recognition issue.

Please help before I start smashing thousands of dollars worth of computers. 
It says my printer is offline and I don’t know how to get it back online. Yes the printer is plugged in, is on and connected. The printer is connected to another computer on the network and works just fine but I can’t print from another computer which I have been printing from NO PROBLEM previously.
Help?!?!?
Is the right printer selected when you go to print?
Do you know what the IP address of the printer is?

Yeah, there are only 2 printers and this one is the one to print the report to. The other printer prints labels(UPS).

What does offline even mean? I know the work station is on the network because someone is currently using it and having no network access problems.
I would probably try removing and re-adding it. Not sure if this is the correct answer, but it seemed to work for me. Printers hate me.
Start -> run. Type cmd then hit enter. In black box with cursor type ping 192.25.25.10. Hit enter. Post results.
192.25 isn’t even private IP space
