quick how to: Pissing off a cayenne owner

Him: yea, im leasing a cayenne next summer
me: oh yea ?
Him: do you even know what that is
me: yea, its the porsche toureg
Him: no, its nothing at all like a toureg, its totaly different

short pause

Him: Its a Boxter S with a different body, and i gaurentee it will beat anything YOUVE built :roll2:

Porch Cayenne S: 13.9 sec @ 101.2mph - Road & Track results
Taurus SHO Turbo: 13.85 @ 108 … untuned, with a leaky exhaust manifold

this definantly calls for some dig races come summer time

Somebody doesn’t know the difference between a Cayenne (POS SUV) and a Cayman (basically a hardtop Boxster, and really nice)… :stuck_out_tongue:

cayenne was very definantly what was said, im firmiliar with porsche models, but thanks for tryin

I said somebody, I didn’t say who…

He MUST mean Cayman, but he’s a jackass either way for thinking it’ll be the fastest thing on the road.

isnt the cayanne turbo like low 13s?

tourags are actually decent suv’s. We looked at one a few months back.

And, PLEASE get the turbosho > cayenne / cayman vid. PLEASE.

1/4 mile.:rolljerk:
Neither the Caymen or Cayenne was built for it, so what?

mmmmm diesel tourag…

the whole concept of a Porsche SUV never really stuck with me…to each his own i suppose :gotme:

the cayman is (13.3 @ 105 ) … the porsche toureg is not, lol

i like the tourags, not my style at all but still respectable, but that doesnt mean im not gonna push peoples buttons about them, im not better then that, lol

and if the race happens, it will be posted, no matter whihc porsche it turns out to be, and no matter what the outcome

this argument would work if it was ME that brought up racing in the conversation, but it wasnt.

he could have easily brought up alot of other “my car will be better then anything youve touched” aguments that he in fact would have been right about, but he picked the wrong one

and since i know this person, i know that when he talks about “whos faster” he means straight line

this is for the 05 porsche toureg, the new 07 has over 500 hp and TQ
off of car and driver, meaning it will prolly go low 13s after break in on a good day

says the guy driving a “performance” truck

and I think anyone here would take the porsche over the SHO lol

Rofl

Cayenne’s are sick. I know a guy with a modded turbo, we’re trying to get him to upgrade the turbo’s next summer

:biglol:

Don’t take this personally, because I like SHO’s, but a guy leasing either one of those probably wouldn’t be caught dead in a SHO, regardless of who would win the 1/4 mile drag.

It’s like when the turbo civic guys blow their loads because they’re faster than some 50k+ car. Ok, be happy because you made your econobox fast, because that is pretty cool that you can be faster than a 50k car on a budget, but don’t think the guy in the 50k stock car cares. To him you’re still driving a little shitbox, it’s just a fast little shitbox.

HRK didn’t seem like the bench racing instigator, but it seems like the Porsche guy is already getting a little defensive about something he doesn’t have yet.

Typically, that guy DOES care, he’d just prefer his car regardless.
