haha yeah im trying to get a bunch of money to buy performance mods.
but it comes with everything your going to need to install and pretty much everything you’d want minus the navi but dvd, cd, mp3 and the ipod cable that can hide away in the ash tray. its perfect lol…someones gotta want it?!
If it came with the navi mate, I might have been interested. I think it’s out of my budget at the moment though lol. Wish I could help
If your investing in a navi unit your going to have to spend some big money to be really happy. Ive had quite a few different ones, some with and some without navi and with most the navi units i found them difficult to use and way too distracting while driving. In S13’s you have to look so far down and you may one day miss seeing a car infront of you braking hard. Mount a hand held navi on your windshield or make a gauge pod for it along with a few other gauges which is my plan.
My suggestion would get a average priced in dash unit(without navi unless its an awesome price with navi) and a separate tom tom or nuvi. I have a clarion max685bt and a separate nuvi and its a breeze to use and get to where you want, my 2 buddys with the pioneer D3 i think(with navi) both say its a pain in the ass to use for anything. Make sure you play around with the unit you want for a good 10 minutes and try all its features like navi, ask to plug in an ipod etc. Ive still yet to own a unit that im fully happy with as far as connectivity(bluetooth, ipod video, usb), sound quality and equalizer/tunning, extra features/functions and the most important thing the layout and ease of use.
