plus i be the only one with a 2001 akrapovic exhaust header on a fuel injected R1 motor seeing how the fuel injected motors have a deeper oil pan which would hit my headers 
You’re also going to need the fuel pump/regulator assembly IIRC.
That harness looks like a sub harness in the picture, make sure it has everything to link the EFI PCM to the needed sensors(MAP, temp, CAS, etc) and then you also need to tie it into power.
Were the newer EFI R1’s COP ignition or coil/wire based?
Alot of guys do this in my field in the DSR/CSR cars and I swore there was more to it than what you go listed there but I could be wrong.

Oh yea, idk if i said in my post yet, but that harness is ONLY for the headlights, you have to change that too, and the engine harness is not up there yet im looking for one still but liek i said, ebay auctions change all the time, one will pop up sooner or later , for the ignition im not 100% sure so i wont say nothing but i think its the same ignition as it is on carbed and fuel injected.
I’m just going by the parts the 4 other guys who swapped 02-03 fuel injection parts to an 01 motor.

As well as a new tank unless you can run injection and pump off of a tank with a petcock.
