I’d have to see an R33 in person to decide. I didn’t like the look of the R32 until I stood next to it, then I changed my mind completely. Pictures don’t do most cars justice.
thats a badd ass pic.
makes the r33 grow on me too…
there was a thread not too long ago about some stuck up american guy driving an r33 near the border no? that kijiji post isnt the first one
oh, I wasnt aware they were actually getting popular. Seems like a good price then.
yeah boyo
some gtrc guys are putting the pennies away and looking at bringing in r33 gtst’s now
you can’t forget about the westcoast! the 15 year old jdm car heaven of canada!!
i know it’s a terrible pic but here it is. already on the road in vancouver.
and didn’t someone in peterbrough post a pic of a grey r33 gtr with dealer plates while ago?
please let this 25 year die on paper…
Yea there was a beige R33 GTR spotten in the fall. Completely illegal… lol
I personally think the R33 was actually the best-looking gen of the Skylines.
Love the curves and the overall look/feel.
It’ll be nice to see them here when the time comes (and the R35’s of course)!
r33 and s14 zenkis are the ugly middle child of nissan sports cars they should all be cubed. i see r33’s all the time and everytime i do i’m like damn that’s ugly in comparison to an r32 or r34 it’s slower bigger and heavier thus usless. at least the r34 had some cool new stuff and was bad ass mean looking. the r33 had nothign new except wieght and an ugly interior… nice wheels stock tho…
I agree, R33s are pretty ugly.
if you guys didnt notice the car is in quebec.and go to osakaskyline.com or something along that url. they “illegally” import cars all the time. dont know how but they have a 93 supra as well thats been for sale for a bit. and if you go on gtrc. everyione on there bitches about them. and are confused at how they do it.
Yeah, in my opinion the R33 is an ugly car, I dont so much mind the s14, but skyline wise, the R34 and R32 are the only nice skylines. The R33 is like a frankenstien, it looks liek they tried to throw all this new shit into it, and it looks as though its stuck between wanting to be a sports car and a mom’s sedan.
R32 looks like a box with wheels, I heart the R33, but R34 is hands down the sexiest. Not really feeling the R35 either, but I’d clearly rock one
Yeah man, I don’t like the R35, if I was handed the keys to one though… I’d clearly accept. 520hp stock, that’s sickly amazing. If i was given a R34 on the other hand… I would drop dead.
430.6 hp @ 6700 rpm & 425.3 lb-ft @ 3900 rpm
425.8 hp @ 6000 rpm & 433.1 lb-ft @ 3800 rpm
435.8 hp @ 6800 rpm & 439.1 lb-ft @ 3900 rpm

wtf, import tuner said the top secret skyline was making 520… and all they had was an exhaust and intake, those two parts didnt boost it 90 hp… cmon now.
^^^
exhaust and intake?
- they havent cracked the intake problem yet, they’ve tried and keep running into the ECU roadblock
- you just said it had an exhaust an intake, which means its no longer stock.
- dont listen to importuner, go read a real magazine man like MM or D-sport
i do read d-sport and modified mag, but then i picked up import tuner cuz i saw the r35 was on the cover in the corner, so im like, might as well pick it up and see what it says, so idk, i checked top secrets site and there was nothing on their r35 on the site.
I unno, I really lost interest in mags once I actually got a 240 and started doing stuff to it. Before it was always the whole “ooh, my car is gonna be like that!” points. I do enjoy skimming through j-tuned online every once in awhile though, I have to admit, but the cars they feature are generally of higher caliber than most mags I see on the rack.
Yeah I know, once I get my car, I’m going to stop reading them, it’s pointless. They have no articles on 240’s, the only one that did this month was project car, and I bought it because there was a step by step guide on the sr20 swap.
