It would be funny to return it caked with mud/dirt.

Nah, since we have three people going in on this we will either look to do an entire drivetrain swap (if that is not terrible on these cars) and at minimum a new tranny.
All though for saturday, he says 2nd works just need to slam it, which IMO is fine for this purpose

how many co-drivers is feasible for RallyX, I know 3 is hard for AutoX but not sure how much downtime etc. there is in rallyx.
We currently have 3, potentially 4 people in on it, the 4th potential is someone with a truck so we can tow it. If we had something else to tow with we don’t need that one though.
In all honesty I don’t really care how many people drive the car so long as it is possible for all of us to get our runs in, so if you want in and it is do-able feel free :tup:

we run 2 “heats” so you could have 2 drivers in one group and 2 in the other. this is potentially unfair if you care about competition because the course conditions can change so much between run groups. but you probably don’t care

minus a few Black lungs worth of dust. things ran smoothly.

Just got it home at 9 tonight, was trying to get it sooner could not get it in time
Need to mess with it a bit to see if we have a 2nd gear, and if not get a new tranny in it with the quickness so we can make the next event.
Do people all drive/trailer their cars there or is there somewhere it can be left at the track?
unfortunatly there is 3 cars “left” there but they have to be registered & insured.
ZOning enforement wont let unregistered cars on the property.
there was two trailer queens who showed up. last event. but they were Caged rally cars.
INs on an old impreza really isnt that much. tell your ins company its your daily. and it should be even cheaper for your STI. Trailering the car to rallyX is a serious PITA. unless you have access to the truck & trailer.
