At the end when they had him cornered and started their assault on the truck with the helmet, reverse would have ended that conflict pretty quickly. Granted it would have left a lot of dead guys and broken bikes for him to try and explain away.

I feel like the SUV diver did kind of cause a little of this. After he bumped the bike in front he should have stopped. I don’t think the bikers were actually damaging his truck… he could have said sorry and been on his way, everything would have probably been ok… If the bikers legit got violent from that point I could see running all of them and their bikes over. I feel that the entire situation escalted due to the chase. At times being smart has better results… additionally even if the bikers keyed the truck, is a keyed truck better then a beating/slashing or do you ramp the situation up to life / death.

These thugs came across 58th St. on Sunday - weaving in and out of traffic, going against the lights (and driving against traffic), and dozens and dozens of them riding on the sidewalks. Not just one lone rider on the sidewalk…dozens. Driving on the sidewalks. I still can’t believe no one else got hurt.
