Start small, buy my losi micro rock crawler, or big and buy my associated SC8 with nitro or brushless set up… 
I’m thinking a nice old school mower will take down the lawn to a nice short cut/along with a weed wacker. Then maybe take the riding lawn mower we have and hook up a chain link fence with cinder blocks on top. go back and forth a few times to break it down. I just need to find used/old fence thats being tossed away.

Yeah, I was the same with my two friends I normally chill with buying rc left and right. Next thing you know, in 1 year I have 2 helicopters, 1 plane, 2 car/trucks… I sold a different heli and I’ve sold 2 Nitro trucks. (all of them this year) Its killing my pocket!

I have a Shitty push mower we can use and it doesn’t matter if we kill it lol… I have weed wackers and a beast hedge trimmer that could take your arm off 
Perfect! I know my buddy has some weed wackers and is planning to help too. If we have 4 people, this could get pounded out pretty quickly. It wont be massive, but it will be somthing. Could possibly make a smaller track to the side if this works out.
I made a track when I was a kid. My suggestion is do it right and rent a big tiller and a tamper. Till it up while mixing in some serious grass killer then tamp it down nice and flat. If you just try and mow it short and weed wack the stubble you’re going to be fighting grass and weeds forever.
The sides are made with foam tiles that lock together.
I would like to, but I have a feeling I’m limited. The property we are using is unused land not my own. They let the land go to shit and only cut it like 2 times a year. I’m aware its someone elses and not my own land, but if you see the piece of property, youd understand why I’m not worried about actually building on it. I just dont want to kill the grass fully, incase they kick us off.

You would like my 5t, it has a man pipe on it. The engine i bought is supposed to make around 10hp with a good pipe lol.
FYI, i do rc repairs, soldering, engine tuning, kit building etc… Prices are cheap because i enjoy the hobby and don’t mind helping people out. I have owned and worked on almost every make and i get a discount on parts for all the money i spend. Surprisingly a lot of people don’t like or know how to fix them and they sit in a box for a couple years when it just needs a simple tune or a wire is broke.
I also buy parts, tires, rollers , electronics etc…

What type of tire are you looking for? I have a couple sets that would fit and be good for loose dirt/normal bashing.
