really dumb question...

i just want to be 100% on this…

i just bought and installed a new battery and alt in my e30. now, the battery in the cakcord is weak as shit. is it ok to swap the battery from the bimmer to the cackord for the winter? bimmer is going to be sitting around while the snow flies

i assume it should be fine, they’re both 12v…

right?

uhhhh sure

as long as it fits and has enough cold cranking amps, it’s fine.

as long as the CCA is enough its fine

also if the + and - are on the same sides if they are diff you need to make sure the wires will reach

but yes it will be ok

wrd, got it in, cackord is once again super duper can nevAr loose strong as fuck

beater hondas ftmfw

ps i noticed the CCa and ca were about 100 amps more for the bimmer battery than the cackord battery… a dude at autobone said that they carry battery up to 800 CCA for the cackord so im fine

dear god that Accord hasen’t been killed yet??

HAHAHA NOPE

STRONG

ps wait till you see the paint job im planning for it…

pps - almost 50k miles without an oil change…

Electrically it will be fine.

The bimmer will actually run 12v metric, while the honda will use 12v bar…so it will work but eventually you will melt your car.:baby:
