Just throwing this out there but what about just selling your cobalt and going with an 08+ with the factory turbo setup?
the formula you need to use, is one for determining the cost of the project, which is actually the negated formula I use for making an offer on a car on nyspeed, which is cut the asking price in half and add $50.
So negate that formula and apply it to whatever you have determined to be your expected cost of this project.

today, new era just finished doing some work on a cobaltSS/SC. With a custom underhood turbo setup, on a Hahn in Ill. car. Room wasn’t to bad, some really nice custom parts on it.
yes i have a 07 cobalt ss/sc. I really like the hahn kits…seems like a lot of people have good results with them. I’m looking into the hahn intake manifold if i decide to ditch the supercharger.

WHY. ugh. Why are you choosing a cobalt platform. Why are you going from SC to TC when your car came with a supercharger from the factory? When will people learn to quit modding their reliable Daily Drivers>? IB4 you’re rebuilding your car and have a ton of downtime next season.
Be smart, pulley, intake, exhaust, tune, maybe mod/replace the blower. BUT for the love of god, learn from other peoples mistakes. IE. DrDos, Turbols1, Chuck, and the millions of others who have gone overboard with their builds and wished they had moderate and reliable cars to drive throughout the entire DURATION of the summer.
