Hey guys
So sometime ago my rear wiper started acting up. If I turn the car on and use the wiper will work as it should. However after say 5 mins it will start up on its own and wont stop. It comes on at random and wont stop till i turn off the car or disconnect the power to it all together. Pushing the wiper button has no effect on it. When i push the button to turn the wiper on wile its going it will dim the dash lights. It also runs constantly, there is no pause between wipes.
My simple fix was to completely discontent the wiper motor. But I enjoy having everything work on a car. Plus on a rainy day its useful.
So the first thing people will say is its a short some place. This is what it could be but my question is has anyone had this problem and solved it? Or know the best place to start looking?
