well like the topic says
ive checked wiring, fuses and etc and the only i could think that could be wrong is the actual switch unit is busted.
any thought to this?
try hooking up the motor / washer pump to a 12V source. Then you’ll know what’s broken.
my wires corroded and broke where the wires go into the hatch. check there.
Check your Pumps, Mine seized and I had to replace them… PITA
Wiper motors are crap mine is slow in the rear.
Yeah I second that for the wiper motor (continually opening / closing the hatch bends the wires back and forth until they break).
However the washer pump wires run down to the passenger fender (behind the splash guard) where the tank / pumps are.
ah got that problem too, altho my wiper works, it doesn’t spray… it sprays in front but not in back. is there a second pump for the rear? if so, is it located next to the fuel pump in the trunk?
The two washer pumps are located at the bottom of the washer tank. If you remove the splash guard by the passenger wheel you will be able to access them both.
