Yeah he is awesome. Explains everything he is looking for and why. You’ll have a PDF of his report within a few days and he’ll mail you his official printed one in about a week.
I would highly recommend Steve of Amerispec. He was polite, on time, and took a serious, methodical approach to inspecting our potential home. About an hour after he started the inspection I showed up to take a walkthrough with him, and he was very good about still keeping a great deal of detail in his inspection, despite me following him around. We found some small issues that are definitely safety hazards that my father in law and I both missed. Great work and nice guy to boot. He was happy to hear how popular he was on here, said he didn’t expect that kind of attention on a car forum.
I just had Steve do mine because of all the positive reviews he has on here. I’ll echo what everyone else has said, he was very thorough, and was just a great guy all around. He had no problem dealing with 5 people bugging him through the whole process, and I had my report extremely fast even though it was done on a Saturday. He actually signed up for the forum because he couldn’t believe all the referrals he was getting on here.
He deserves the good reviews. He does great work! I think my realtor is now even referring him. Lol.
