he was tall and it was flat black … and the car lived at hybrid and boosted
“Scott” he has the black M5 now… e34 M5
ah
All hands for those banned from UBRF!
Only a temp one here or there…I think for ripping on Beck too, for shame.
i was hated more then :gotme: or mabye the same now…
I think that i will be unloading the e30 even though i love it and keeping the e36 and making it more track friendly. This means turning down the power and making a 93oct tune. and tuning the chassis. But the thing thats getting me is mantaining all the vehicles. Every time i change diff fluid/tranny fluid/ brake fluid/brake pads/ etc etc. I think we no longer live in the days of cheap fun racecars. With the price of oil and gas, you realy start to notice the things that never used to matter.
When i was 16years old 10 years ago i would fill my camaro up to the tippy top with 20bucs and just do endless driving cause i loved the car. If i tried to do that now it would cost me 100bucs a day. Oh, and id have to buy another camaro.
Unfortunately this is a huge turnoff. I have contimplated taking the e36 off the road and getting a trailor and just trailoring it to events so if it breaks i could care less. Just let it sit until im ready to have fun again.
Race prep and race it! the FI would be funny with classing though…
so true… i kept saying " i don’t care how much gas ends up being i’m still going to have my fun" but with all the other things its effected as well, it really makes you think. sadly, its getting to the point of not being worth it for me anymore, might be time to take a break for this guy
oh shut up you are not taking a break…
The car scene has changed big time. With most of us i think its coming to the point of being done with cars all together, or taking it to the next level of track only race cars. Back when my car was slow i would race any one any time on the street, but now with my car being as fast as it is its just not worth it at all.
And with the kids now a days things get really annoying i never thought i would hate sack riders as much as i do. So much bs is spewed from peoples mouths its unbelievable. This is why i always rather go to the track and talk with ppl who have a clue and shit to back it up. And there is so much respect that i have seen, from ppl with full out drag cars coming up to me ask about my car, or even just the fact of being able to leave your tools in a pile and come back to them and there still there.
As for myself i think im a lifer for racing. Whether it be drag racing, circle track, or possibly some form or road racing i dont see myself doing anything else with my life.
Ive been thinking long and hard about being done with the hatch and going to circle track racing, i know almost every one here hate it. But its something ive been apart of since i can remember. Ive spent just about every saturday night since i was like 7 at Lancaster/Holland/Lake Erie where ever watching or working on race cars and its just a matter of time till i build one and start racing myself. I just know that once i build my first car and tun my first lap ill never stop and im kind of just wasting time till then.
or racing on the loop…lol
or realdeals btc burnout
or butch bitch slapping that kid at btc
or old hybrid bbqs

Dude, F that I circle racing is competition  to that. I except a full write up when you do do it.

 for doing what you love

Kids are kids, better cars than drugs IMO
20 dollar tank fills. Those were the days. Used to be the same way with my Camaro. Except it was like 30-40 bucks maybe a bit less (I lived in Canada). A tank would take me to Wasaga beach from TO and a tnk full would bring me back. Duidnt even flinch that i had to fill up. Now its a damn chore. Dont even get me started on the 84 Toronado I had.
the turbododge scene rarely changes. the average age is 40ish, people are more mature and no one cares what anyone thinks cause they know their cars are 80’s crap boxes and everyone just has a good time hanging out and drinking beer and drag racing. theres very little hate or sack riding. just alot of fun. the best part is seeing the creativity of those who make cool stuff because its impossible to go out and buy enough parts that their car is fast.
when you get into the more popular stuff, everyone gets a big head and has to show how large their cock is and open their mouths. its dumb.

If the cost of gas is your biggest reason not to drive, get a cheaper car, more efficient car. The cost of gas should not cause you to avoid going out for a “drive”.
Meh… I have realized how much it costs when you do stupid shit, I spend way to much for insurance, when I break shit etc…That and I want a house, spending $1800 a month on a house>>>>>>spending that on a car.
who’s to say his is completely stock
Sell me the car
Jack_95TSI… lol.
That was my 2nd car… 3rd vehicle ever. Pass McGrass told me about UBRF. Hybrid did my timing belt in a single bay garage. BTC was a way of life. Choda drove a GEO and thought my 12" Sony XPLOD subs made his car badass. Life was so simple back then.
Fawk… I almost bought another VR4 yesterday
