Now, I think the best thing to do is, either do simple things to ur bonni like, cold air intake, exhaust, ect.
But, for the power that u want and being as new as u are…u are going to want a car with “most” of the of the basics. Like some of the guys have said, sell this car and buy a GTP and slowly mod that, OR buy a GT and save up for the turbo kit. I picked up a '97 GT for $2500 so they’re out there just look.
Also, a lil FYI…HP isnt cheap. 
***As the kid said above…its cheaper to use a SERIES II ('97+) 3800 short block/longblock instead of having the engine rebuilt. Esp. since barely ANY engine builders around here know any of the tricks with this engine. ***

also considering how i just noticed, (had inspected) that the entire bottom of the car is rusting to peices, i am not gonna mod this thign at all. im just gonna save maybe buy vg30de’s GTP or find somethign else, i am unsure as of yet
Its in decent shape, once i clena it up it will be nice. It needs a new door and fender, which I have sitting in my garage waiting to go on. Right now im just running a 3.4"…
no i mean 3.4" supercharger pulley (stock is 3.8")

I would hold on to your bonnie and save your money. a GTP would be the way to go
I started off as a huge noob like you. Still am but I’ve had my grand prix for 2.5 years and modded it slowly. It’s low 13s now, hopefully 12’s this year.
Plus there are alot of local guys that know this engine inside and out as you can tell, they all will help you with ANYTHING

lol yeah, I have a R/T 3" downpipe and 3" mandrel bent exhaust with stock mufflers made by johnny (studderin) as well as the pulley. Its reasonably quick

meh, not really. Rebuilding an engine isnt cheap. Like num482 said, Intercooler, rockers are all you need. That and a good tune…
i may or may not be selling, and im not sure of price. It depends if i can get another good job and buy a nice car. Im past fast…
