Restaurants that don't suck thread

Due to it’s distance from the City of Buffalo it’s not that difficult to get reservations. I usually can get reservations that day, maybe wait a half hour for my table to open up because it’s one of those places you can go and enjoy. Never bothers me much I just order a glass of wine at the bar with my wife and talk. While the place has superior food, when I tell people where it is they usually look at me funny as though I’m telling them to drive to NYC to eat. I assume these people are the same type that stay within a few mile radius of their house and don’t venture beyond their comfort zone much.

Tutu is doing excellent things at Kaydara.

Mother’s I absolutely can not get over how it smells like a urinal in the bar area. It’s revolting depending on where you sit.

The Clarence Hollow is awesome. It’s a little small and never any riff-raff.

can any body find an online menu for mothers?

With having 2 kids I’m not much of a help to this thread, as most dinners are eaten at home or applebees/olive garden/famous daves/etc. However if we actually do have a date our favorite has been Bonefish/Chophouse

Last I was in Mothers the menu was handwritten that day.

Also walked into Black and Blue today for the 1st time to pick up a last minute gift certificate, its gorgeous inside no idea how the food is personally but have heard nothing but good reviews. Looked over the Menu briefly and a 12oz filet was $49.99.

just picked this up today… dunno why i spent $13 on a magazine… i was bored and needed something to read at a conference

Not sure if it has been mentioned but the brick overn bistro in south buffalo is pretty good. Large beer selection i believe 50 different kinds everything is scratch made and the prices are fair for the most part. I suggest giving it a try.

Ugh. Just did the same shit for a bday, it was awful. After the 2.5 horus wait (…yes…) the food was crappy, and over salted. Pretty much what I expected.
