I have Spec-V 17x7’s with 25mm spacers, and I’m perfectly satisfied, except for the 4x4 ride height on stock suspension.
I cannot imagine how ugly 19’s will look without some serious lowering.
^ they’ll look more better than 17"'s on stock ride height, since they take up more room within the fenders.
I’d grab suspension first before any rim choices

Best size for stockbody s13s would be 17x9 +15 to +20 in myopinion. But thats usually after a significant drop of 2.5-3"s

AS you can see you need a lot to pull off wheels that big.
just more weight at 19’s. i chose 17 with a bigger sidewall but smaller then stock, could seriously fuck up balljoints shit like that with 19s, u wanna show car or a drift car? practicality and 19’s not usually in the same sentance, gl
