Is this a big problem?? I notice today that on my front passenger rim the cap, the thing under the cap and one of my lugnuts are all missing… I highly doubt all of these would fall off as the under cap has a screw that holds it in place and the outer cap has to be screwed on and I screwed both these on fairly tightly… Also I torqued all my lugnuts to spec when I bought new tires… So nothing could have just fallen off so I have to assume that some piece of shit was trying to steal my rim and stopped partway thru for some reason… Is rim stealing a common problem???
P.S. I’m very pissed off as I now have to find someone that deals in my rims, which looks like the closest place is Vancouver… I dunno why someone would wanna steal my rims… They’re nothing special…
i would leave the car out and wait up a couple nights and see if they return i did that once with my blazer but the fuckers ran threw a path and into a car i have heard tht a lot of rims do go missing tho
Never had rims stolen, but some fucking losers stole my RAYS valve stem caps. WTF? Who does that? There’s probably some kid riding around with rays “chromies” on his norco.
Do you have lug nuts with special keys, or factory lockers?
do you guys not have locking nuts??? if you have expensive wheels you might as well spend a couple bucks to try to protect them from being stolen…

Whatever man, it was still a huge piss off. My first car I bought myself out of high school… it sucked to have it fucked up by thieves. It had lock nuts, and they found the lock key that only I knew where it was hidden. They caused $6400 worth of damage.
it was just a joke man… i had my car broken into as well… actually they tried to break in and dint know how… and managed to do 1500 in damage and i had to hop in my car dukes of hazzard style for a month till the door got repaired… Try to enjoy dates when u have to get her to roll down your window so you can get in your own car :oops:
