k, i plan on buying a set of works vs-xx for my s14 project car. they measure FRONTS 19 x 9 and REARS 19 x 11, both 0 offset. My question is will they fit the front of my car?? without them sticking out.
No. 19’s are huge. You can always make them fit though.

Holy shit, I hope the rest of your car can back up the huge wheels. It will look baller if you can pull it off.
You are going to need heavy body modification to get those to fit though. Like konvokiller said, overfenders will be easiest. You’re also gonna need to hammer the shit out of your frame and relocate the harness when you slam your car…which you will have to do to pull off 19s.
They’ll stick out for sure… you need some of those fender flares and some mad negative camber 
i know they will fit the rear of my car. the only thing i’m worried about is that they don’t stick out in the front. does anyone know if they will.

like everyone else said, overfenders and maybe some neg camber depending on the overfender size
edit: if they dont stick out up front, they will flush it forsure, i think 9inches with +20 offset flushes

dont worry pat… x9 +0 will only stick out a lil bit… maybe by 10mm … most likely its the tire that will stick out more then the rim…
i got -1.5camber x9+20 in my front and i can add a 10mm to make the rim flush to the fender… … so 10mm isnt alot… it will look nice and aggressive… no one here ever rocks awesome offsets here on son… only saw a handful with nice offset
if u worried about it sticking in the camber can make it better 
user: jstn on here is running x9 +3 all around… i dunno his camber in the front tho but his front rim is not sticking out more so just flush to fender
I just bought a set of these in gold for my s13 lol when i read you were getting them i was like aw great someone already got a pair but i don’t mind as much since its on an s14 i got mine in 18 all around +25 x8 in the front and x9 out back nice wheels. what color you getting urs in?
its not just the offset that will pose a problem (and it will 0 is very aggressive) but the size. 19’s are big and they take up alot of room in the fender well. You better be prepared to do some major banging to fit them up front with tires if you dont want any rubbing. You will also have to lower the shit out of it to get it to look good.
19 tires arent cheap and you’re going to be wearing through them quickly if you plan to run alot of neg camber to stuff them under stock fenders.
