I have a large number of users with roaming profiles…randomly a users roaming profile folder lost all permissions/ownership…I had to take owner ship and add system/admin/user back for permissions.
Any ideas?

roaming profiles fucking blow, they never work correctly… anyways, I assume you would have already done this, but if it is only happening on one specific machine the profiles on that machine are probably fucked. Just unhide hidden files and blow the profiles away and have it recreate from the server. If it happens on all machines… meh, I dunno could be some kind of corruption in your AD
