Rochester court?

It’s Buffalo, NYC and Rochester, not Albany.

And try telling the judge that.

As far as the cop not showing up, don’t bet on it. Even if he doesn’t show for whatever reason, the judge will adjourn it.

Do you want to listen to someone that pretends to know or someone who has been through the wringer for the past 9 years?

Speaking from experience, all the city judges will auto decision guilty unless you bring a lawyer.

Depending on the speed, what else you were ticketed for, its a matter if you want to hire one or not.

I have one that i use, He will cost you about 300 and will get it knocked down as far as humanly possible.

NOT ALBANY? dude…

and, in my 38 traffic tickets, i’ve NEVER had the cop show up. except my very first ticket in North Collins.

Every single on of my tickets the cop showed up

ESPECIALLY IN ROCHESTER CITY COURT!

thats exactly what that means, sigh

If you have a lawyer, I’d like you to PM me his / her name - and yours if you want a referral.

PM INCOMING!

OMG!! HIT THE DECK!!

wait, wat?

The city court tickets are handled by the DMV division, not the court system. There is no negotiation or pleas with the DMV. Anywhere serviced by a town court will usually be willing to work with you to get a guaranteed guilty. Not the city. I just fucked around for 3 weeks with the DMV Traffic Ticket division trying to work shit out with them. Yeah, I had to call Albany for a ticket I received within Rochester City limits.

PM’d.

Batavia also has no plea barging i know i have 4 points from it.

Batavia or Pavilion?

Funny I plead down a batavia ticket. but that was 3 years ago.

you send him Napier?

Batavia town court.

shit, iv got 3 tickets for the city of buffalo, im looking at a hefty amount of points for all of them. iv already got a lawyer and im crossing my fingers that the trooper doesnt show.

Na, I didn’t even think too, been awhile. Was recommending my attorney that just got me out of a bs assault/harassment charge…

Ah ok, I was going to say I got that speeding ticket reduced on my last day as a New Yorker by simply asking them to lol.
