From what I have read, Rochester’s “Student’s for a Democratic society” group had a protest to pull troops out of Afghanistan. They spilled into the streets, blocked a fire truck on a call, and 37 police cruisers pull up. 12 arrests, 2 needing medical attention.

the stupid thing for me was that they made it 85% of the way through downtown… if the police had just left them alone they would have been in the ghetto in 5 minutes and the problem would have resolved itself.
