How does the business acct thing work? I just keep track and send a bill at the end of the month correct?

yep, are you using some sort of POS software or just a register? these kinds of things will be much easier most likely with some software. we do it for the local businesses, they would much rather recieve an invoice at the end of the month than having to send their employees over with CC’s.
just told my friend that works on the thruway. Hes gonna be stopping in sometime next week with a bunch of state workers. He sai they usually go to johns on the island but he will start going to you and spreading the word if the food is god
