Starting Mid august I’m going to need a house mate
I bought a nice town home near Sheridan college (20 min walk) and I’m looking for 1-2 house mates.
5 minutes from the QEW and 5 minutes from 403 (see photo of google maps below)
The rooms are very nice sizes and you’ll basically have full run of the house except the other bed rooms of course.
Price is approx as of right now but it will be about 600/month
utilities plus high speed internet included except cable television and land line
I have all of the usual appliances and a nice bbq all of which you are welcome to use.
If you or someone you know is looking for an above average quality place to stay as a Sheridan student or even just for a place to live let me know!! I’d really like to have something secured in the near future.
The current family is still there but has given me permission to visit the house if I have someone interested in a room.
The pictures that you see are not of my own furniture - I do not own the house yet
The two love seats that you see in the picture are included with the house but nothing you see in any of the pictures except the appliances which are included, belong to me.
I am not opposed to anything, really. If you’ve got nice furniture then I’m sure we can find a place for it as the entire house will be pretty much empty with the except of those two love seats and the carpet in that room.
I’m not sure what we would do with them, maybe just get them in to the basement or something - I’m pretty easy as long as its not too much of a pain in my butt.
I don’t have any additional photos other than what you see - there are two possible bed rooms you could have and they will be empty.
I have been given permission from the current owners to show the house to any potential renters though - or I could probably arrange to go in and take my own photos if you can’t make it out here for some reason.
