Hey guys
I was wondering if any of you run Royal Purple Marine gear oil in your transmissions? I bought some 80w90 but im hesitant to pour it in lol. I read that its very good for impact (when a boat engine engages into gear). I dont really see a reason not to run it. I thought I would ask on here first…

Why don’t you read the sae/apl ratings and look them up, maybe it’s perfectly capable of operating in a car…

It turns out the oil is not good for brass… But besides that, its great… I wont be running it for too long tho
