Its a scam,Rachel is probably a college student looking to make extra money on the side,so she started selling eBooks through a company called Clickbank.

Oh what a surprise! If I hover over the “order now” buton it takes me to a clickbank order form.

lol. All you really need is a a tank of water. and a solar panel. use the energy from the solar panel on the top of your car to convert the water to hydrogen and oxygen.
