Ok, well i unplugged that last night and hooked up the battery. low and behold, it was still making the noise … and you can still feel the vibration inside the hole that the plug went. I decided to just start pulling fuses to see which one will stop it and there was only one: ECM B. boo that. unplugged the computer, cleaned up the contacts and no luck, still doing it.
So i ask again if anyone knows what would be under the spider that could be making this noise.
