Nice convertible…
Its that time of the year!
I have some body work to do on the fenders as well as the rear bumper from a little accident over the summer so im bringing this old bumper i started back to life.
Its going to take a fair bit of work to fit it to the intercooler properly and im going for a very aggressive race car look with this bumper. Front splitter adjustment rods, big ugly but functional duck work under the signals directing air to the rad. I want to be able to transform this car from clean to mean in half a day by having a spare vented hood, use my old trunk with a ridiculous wing and some F1 carbon race mirrors. Im also going to do some cool LED taillight’s as well as upgrade the seats to S14 front and rear upholstered out of this world! This winter its time to put the sprinkles on the cake! Lastly under the hood will get dressed up and painted.
Picked up some S14 seats front/rear. After the front seats are done I am going to try making the S14 rear fit the vert
I’m pretty set on the changes to the way the seats sewn and the material/stitching.

Im keeping it sorry, I think this fiberglass ones going to be just for shows because its going to scrape everywhere.

Here’s what i accomplished tonight! Im so happy the way it turned out and its a perfect fit! When i first installed the cover i accidentally made the middle insert with non-perforated material which i didn’t realize until installing the cover…i was too excited to finish it. Took it apart and changed it back to as planned an hour later and here it is.

Different wheels? I think the 19’s and the “race car” front might kinda clash.

Its a works 9 style bumper. Avers had the same kit on Sandra when he had her, iirc.
Its actually this ugly bumper and part of a street fighter bumper for an accord lol. I added that whole lip on the bottom from the accord.

Both front seats are finally finished, many modifications to the patterns/foam as well as welding bracing to the seat frame to pull the new upholstery tight into the foam. The bolsters are massive and very snug, i cant wait for the long trips now.
Back seat’s next up. I couldn’t just upholster it…that be boring. Ill be adding a functional armrest maybe with cupholders or a LCD screen.
Here’s the monster 1500w rms woofer that has an atomic 2200.1 pushing it. The amp alone can hit 3350w rms at .5ohm for competition only.
The arm rest is very comfortable but if you forget the woofers there the cones aluminum and I wouldn’t want to touch it.
Lastly for fun i pimped out the beater, notice the tissue box cover 
i was originally going to give it to my ex but…its too cool.
I like how you added the hump on the s14 seats. The rear seat where you are adding the arm rest is a great idea.
