Cant go wrong with the interior! if i spent 3 hours a day on the toilet…it be a damn nice looking toilet you know, same goes for the car lol. PS sweet interiors dont get you tickets!
Thanks Ryan! I wish i had more canvas to work with and time to spend on it!
In the armrest i welded a metal frame together then covered it with the two half’s of foam. I couldn’t find a 8pin S-video cord for this 6" screen i had laying around so im going to leave the armrest simple.
Instead of the LCD screen in the armrest i got a little more creative with the seat.
About 6 hours later, so glad i went this route rather than the screen.
I ordered a few hundred LED’s that im going to mess around with for all the exterior lights which should be really cool in the near future. Other than that i want to paint the engine bay and tidy it up as best as I can…i feel like the end is near…fk.
Today i picked up the proper fan resistor for my digital climate control and some sweet factory nissan seat warmer switches. Ill be adding the actual seat warmers after i get the alternator beefed up, im already stressing the little guy out too much.
Half hour or so left on the bottom of the rear seat, then ill finish the armrest.
Moving on to the lighting of the car im using acrylic rod inside my signals to corner lights and taillights which will be illuminated with LED’s. Im going to incorporate all sorts of tricky wiring to make these lights do some cool things.
Im doing some research on 555 timers which I may use to create sequential lighting like the new mustang GT’s but in a simple fashion i dont want the car a wiring headache nor a Christmas tree.
Ill post pictures of the signals illuminated to really show the effect of acrylic rod in the next few days!
I ordered them off ebay for a few bucks per 100pc, it came out to $15 to my door for 300pc in amber/white/red then close to 10 for a pack of assorted resistors at the source.
Materials brand new right off the roll so it takes a few days in the heat to adapt to its new contours. I could heat gun/steam it but the sun and time does a way better job. Take this wrinkly seat for example and then see it a week later and it will keep improving from there. To avoid these wrinkles new seat foam is a definite and costs about $700! So expensive because the molds have to be changed out every couple years and not a huge demand. My seat foam was destroyed hence only paying abt $80 for the seats so im going to use the free sunshine and time to let the new covers settle in

Defiantly will black out the top of the headlight housing, id didnt bug me so much last year ever since i installed the eyelids because light wouldn’t leak threw with the hood closed. I may add a LED engine bay light cuz the headlights on serve as that purpose lol
Here is the newest LED update, custom 2pc angel eyes that dont connect at the top or bottom and are slightly clocked to look angry, all i need now is red led’s in the projector if i get carried away.
I stripped out all my HID’s just to put them back in neatly and tucked under the headlights.
Tomorrows project is to cut the upper rad support to be able to fit my E-fans behind the rad rather than in front as well as much more wiring. In the near future the engine bay desperately needs a paint job which im going to try at home.
