s13 Blacktop Hydrolocked

AS the title states seems like I somehow managed to hydrolock the motor with fuel which has bent something in the block. Cannot turn the motor by hand using a ratchet and socket on the crank neither does not move. My question to you guys is what should be my course of action?. Since it seems like my motor is toast can any one recommend machine shops that have SR experience?

do you really have an option? Pull the valve cover check for damage if none pull the head check for damage on the valves. if none pull the motor do a basic rebuild and fix the broken part.

Wile your in there rebuilding it i would suggest decking the heads to slightly increase the compression and get the heads dipped and all the valves cleaned up and sealing nicely again. that engine should sing after that.
