strongest pistons in the universe
so when i got the block back from the machine shop got it on a stand and started working away!
brought some money to Varun and he gave me goodies

got the complete timing chain kit installe with new chain guides with metal backings so the dont break and fall into the oil pan, new front and rear main seal to go along with it,

I took my timing cover apart to see how the gears looked in the oil pump and they were F*CKED, so i went to dylan sharpe and got a s14 timing cover with a newer pump, i had to cut a piece of the top left corner offf to make it fit, other than that the s13 and s14 covers were identical, so i got that installed after putting a new front main seal in it and putting fresh oil in the pump (royal purple)
after that i got the apexi metal head gasket on, installed my ARP head studs and torqued everything down.

later on i ordered TOMEI solid lifters all brand new OEM rockers from Varun and got some rocker arm stoppers from Bing, sorry no pics. maybe later
i researched on the internet about the ARP main studs hitting the upper aluminum oil pan and cracking, i noticed that mine hit them aswell when i set the pan on. so i searched away and found this

marked the holes and got out the dremmel

grinded the pan down a bit until the didnt and voila pan fit perfecly
after i got the pan on and all the internals finish i started installing the goodies. got my turbo setup on after installing 2 of the missing studs. megan manifold heat wrapped hks turbo, hks jdm turbo elbow new o2 sensor(all from sharpe imports) then new 3 bolt metal gasket and 7 layer metal manifold gasket(Varun) and picked up some braided stainless lines a while ago from Avery i believe. then got all the coolant lines run under the intake mailfold, got a thermostat housing and water neck from mitch nyhuis and finished up under the intake, picked up a new oem intake manifold gasket from Varun and got the intake installed. i also painted the front timing cover to match the rest of the engine. and made a custom turbo outlet clocking plate to clear the manifold, got the throttle body installed, motor mount brackets on with fresh paint and the crank pully on, also with new paint.
