lol, new update picked up a turbo manifold from dylan, picked up that free head that was f/s, manifold was cracked on the collecter at the flange so i welded it up, also got it heat wrapped!



bringing up a somewhat old thread here, but gotta say. this build is/was awesome. want to see some more pictures and possibly some vids of this engine rippin shit up

update- picked up a HKS gt28 turbo, hks turbo elbo and o2 sensor, got it all put together on my megan heat wrapped mani and ss turbo lines with AN fittings :smiley:



also painted my valve cover, black with sparkle clear

going to buy another s13 coupe, possibly silvia not sure what i want yet, but this project is gunna go on for a while, im in no rush to finish or find a car right away

looking through this thread reminds me of when i was in TADA, measuring and re/re all this crankshafts and pistons at

CENTENNIAL COLLEGE… lol =P

ahah sweet, sent the head to the machine shop a couple days ago (hamilton head and block) they are replacing all 4 exhaust valve guides, grinding down the valve seats to accomidate the 1mm oversize valves, installing the valve springs and retainers and decking the head, de-greading and cleaning it, just waintin on valve seals to come in so the can finish up. total cost from machine shop $480

i would like to thank Varun for helping me on this build and getting me all the parts i need.
other parts going into the head, tomei solid lifters and rocker arm stoppers.

starting to assemble the block tomorrow, will udate as i go along, thanks everyone for looking!

isis intake manifold will move your powerband out of useable area and steal your torque. at least make sure you port match it to the gasket and head it doesnt line up that well.

ya man shes alive n slidin,just not right now got er completly stripped down,motor out, under carriage stripped n painted, the works my man. jus got screamer pipe n 550cc injectors off bings.and what numbers you want out of this sexy build
