Horsepower and being newer yes but what the real difference interally or anything? And what about the red top and black tops?

WOW…I feel like the biggest newb…I didn’t even know about s14/s15 notchtops!..and the sileighty…only 400 ever made?..thats crazy!..How much would a notchtop swap be?..about the price of an RB?
No, it would be about the same as any other SR swap. The engine itself will cost a litle more and there are more wiiring issues to sort out than on the S13 SR, but it is virtually the same shit.
the only thing i can suggest would be my preference, swapping s14 sr into an s14 chassis, or if you have an s13, swap s13 sr in… just becauce i belive stock specs would be best to recreate. only my opinion, both engines will still fit.
