Been looking at s2k’s this week and will hopefully be picking one up this weekend any owners have any advice or gripes before i take the plunge,thanks alot

If its used, getting service records always helps. I dont know of any major tsb’s offhand, but I’ve had problems with chain slap were the one guide wears out. Just make sure every nook and crany is sound and you’ll be fine.

ap1 is not going to go anywhere in the snow and will blow whenever it is cold at all too, ap1s dont have traction control either. I’ve read the chain tensioners wearing out alot and causing the chain slap. Premium gas is $3.30+/gal and insurance is going to blow

all feedback seems pretty positive, even though i promised myself no more car payment, but a test drive brought back back alot of memories of a certain white one i remember think im gonna do it
if its gonna be your only car its not bad comfortable wise but it WILL NOT go anywhere in any type of snow…i pulled my out of my garage to change the oil in another car and had one wheel in the snow and i couldn’t even move to get back in my drive i had to back all the way down the hill just to get back in my drive way
