safety certificate

hey, do you guys know any mechanics who will take it easy on the safetying of my car? And one more thing, do you guys know if you can get the safety without a back seat? Thx.

i think you should just make it pass legally

yes, as long as there are no holes in the passenger compartment

I work in a shop, so here’s a basic list from what I have learned so far (as I am not a mechanic,…yet) The car must not be rotted out or have any holes in the body, this also goes for p/s and brake lines. No cracks in any of the windows, all lights must be operational, must have driver’s side rear view mirror, brakes and suspension components must also be in good condition. All in all with the visual shite aside, the car must be able to drive, stop and steer under it’s own power…safely. And you should try your best to make it pass legit, these standards are in place for a reason, keep it safe!!
