well done.

it’s pretty rare to hear people say this legitimately, though. It’s the word that people who think they’re ~down~ with grammar talk about ALL THE TIME.

i used to work with other licensed CPAs that used irregardless all the time.

i also seen that word written in a published annual report!

:bloated:

While we are on the subject, “I could care less”, ugh!! This one seems to be one of the more acceptable fau pax’s but still irksome.

Most DUMMIES don’t even get it when I correct them for incorrectly using this.

There are plenty of grammar mistakes on this forum. The worst is undoubtedly the use of prepositions at the end of a sentence.

That’s just something i don’t know about.

Good thing you posted the winking smiley indicating that you were aware of your ironic typo. I was about to make fun of you on the internet so bad!

Another thing that annoys me, but less.

GOT and HAVE usage

“Anyone got an Evo X?”

I think that all started from the phrase “I got it”. Like, in the present/future tense.

I’ll be sure and yell “I am going to have it!” the next time I’m chasing down a pop fly.

I think “I’ve got it” is correct, isn’t it?

It’s a lie if the ball is still in the air. Plus I think people usually yell “I got…”

Wait.

Shit.

I stopped caring.

:io:

i think the GOT part refers to possessing control over the situation of catching the ball.

I HAVE this situation under control.

I’ve got it is acceptable, if not gramatically preferable. I got it is not, unless you already caught it.

unless you get 5 in a row ( or Five-in-a-row)

:wiggle:

 ass

 toss in ball 1.

:thankyou:

anyone down for a I got It game on lunch ? good old days in williamsville??

this is what happens when i dont work … and banning was bad b/c i just switched to porn on my phone :gotme:

speaking about that how many people do i piss off in the day with my " i " not " I " ??
