So yeah, try putting up a toll after the courts already ruled you have no rights there. Lots of empty threats being made, nothing more.

This may come as a surprise to you but i think your ancestors took their revenge on the jews i believe your plight for reperations was written off long ago…lol
While a lot of good points are being made here we must rememeber one thing based on what our governments modern values are:
Native Americans were here first and regardless of any excuse we can make, we did rape them of thier land and call all of North America ours.
In the end its not crazy to say they are entitled to the benefit of the doubt when it comes to regulation of taxes, land ect. being that if we did not come in and take over thier land that they would not be worrying about any of this.
The key point here is based on our governments modern values.
The same applies to the slavery thing… while its clear some people seek to take advantage of “reperations,” we as a white majority were wrong based on modern values… and nothing will ever repay what has been done.
Idk thats just throwing in a different point of view although I dont even know where my stance is on all of this

i understand this point of view but can you name any other civilization in history that when conquered was allowed to keep a piece of land to continue their culture and way of life?
Regarding the reparations things, I just had a weird thought: America>>>>>Africa. Actually, I’m kinda thinking that that might apply to Native Americans too. Yeah, they got conquered. Thanks to that they are now living in the greatest, most advanced country on Earth. Yet when they’re asked to abide by the treaties that their ancestors agreed to with our ancestors, they get all pissy.
Hmm. I’m just kinda typing this as I think it through. So if you take for granted that living in a house with electricity and hot water and having access to modern medicine is better than living in a teepee and going to see a medicine man, they’re really just greedy ungrateful bastards.
