so i shipped something ups and i get an email from the buyer saying it was all busted up when it got there. where do i start?

yea, the person who receives it needs to file the complaint, and hopefully you put insurance on the item, because if not then your pretty much shit out of luck, happened to me once receiving a car part and the shipper didnt insure it, and i got nothing

i called ups and they told me they have to go to the persons house and do an investigation to see if it was properly packaged. then “within a month or so” they will resolve the issue.
