just leave it, its gonna cost u just about as much money to paint it as it cost to buy it.

well in that case…do what you think would look good. i have a carbon fiber hood but you cant tell its c.f. unless you look at it up close or in direct sunlight. if my car wasnt the color it is I would prob. paint it then.

huh? you could say that about unpainted metal/fiberglass hoods too.
there are plenty of production carbon fiber cars/bodies that are painted…

I think you hsould leave it. cf on red cars are duper hot.
if you are gonna paint it, have the shop that is doin it for you just clear the hood with red pearl additive in it, it will look hott as hell in the sunlight

Maybe just paint the hood and leave the scoop unpainted. Try doing a photoshop of that to see how it looks, I bet it would be pretty sweet.

i’ve thought of that. but i don’t know if i’d like breaking up the color of the hood likethat. i mean, c/f and red is different from two seperate colors ya know.
u know they make c.f. hoods with colored hue’s like that for this reason alone
and if u dont have exp. painting, i wouldnt advise doing it yourself
don’t paint it. females like the carbon fiber… they don’t know what it is, but they like it.
