yea, don’t drink that much the night before 
and if you do drink a lot, drink a lot of water during the night also.
Yeah i keep telling myself when i hungover “i’m never ever going to drink again!!!” but for some reason i’m back at the bar like i’m going to miss something.

always, always, always buy a 32oz bottle of gatorade. Drink half before you go to bed, then keep it next to your bed so you can wake up and grab it. Finish it through the night and you’ll be way better off in the morning. Hangovers are caused by dehydration…
Gatorade 
just like cars, a little bit of preventative maintenance will save you a hell of a headahce in the morning.
