yeah u can…itr/gsr is the same stroke so u can use gsr or itr rods…its all the same when u go aftermarket anyway
just make sure to get the block/crank checked and get a line bore if nec…otherwise u’ll cook bearings every 2 miles if its off

Right - either I need a GSR head or I need a B16 VX… My VX is like mint… so Id have to get $300 for it. The B16 would be complete dizzy, cams, caps, cover… $350

well i think im just going to keep my head now because i have a gsr block, if i was doing lsvtec id consider the b16 trade… maybe then ask that one guy to buy ur vx. sorry
did u check to see if u can just redrill it shrek? i think its only a few bolt holes that are off
pretty sure you couldn’t redrill the bolt holes I belive are up side down comparied to the b16. and on the crank issue you must use ls rods with ls crank. the ls and gsr rod ends are different sizes. same diamater but width is way different.

Looking into this more there’s extensive modifications that need to be made. Only the bottom bolts line up. So the upper bolts would have to be welded up and re drilled. Then there’s a problem with the alignment of the coolant passage. It to would have to be welded up then re ported to shape. Then the flange face would have to be resurfaced so it would seal. After all that I read the injectors would hang down into the air stream disrupting flow.
Its the lenght of the rod. Im going to use a LS crank with LS rods
