Yep that was me. I was headed for the gym in C.Park. Nothing beats the feeling like doing 10 mph slower on a fast(er) road like 146. I still don’t know why most folks don’t do 55 or faster on that stretch of road? Arrggh!

That road, washington avenue extension and 158 in guilderland are all roads nobody does the speed limit on it seems. Always slower.
