i saw this red golf/gti with a flat(?) black jetta front end on it (mk4) with HIDs when i was at the ice cream shop on central near lia toyota/scion this evening

seen it a couple times on central/balltown lately now…anyone on here? or anyone know who it is? i give him a + cuz its something different you dont see everyday…
