I knew that, only because I’ve seen your truck at Siena several times parked on the end. This one looked chinsy and was driven by somebody with their head low.

Cap - this was on i90 eastbound just before the bridges before the defreetsville exit.

Probably the same guy. Will ram next time I see him.
