Saw a silver dodge minivan with rims and blue racing stripes bumpin the bass under the empire state plaza.

I saw a silver dodge caravan with black rally stripes, 17 inch rims, and an HID kit. It was kinda sad to be honest, I’ll get a pic next time I see it.

I’ve seen this around in the albany/colonie area, but also in schenectady/niskayuna. Did you get a look at what sort of individual chooses to drive that?
