Its got an oil pressure gauge. As long as it has enough oil to keep pressure over 10psi at idle, I don’t care a whole lot, this motor has knocked for over 40k of beating up on it. I doubt its gonna let got any time soon. And it leaks less than it used to (the reactions of the toll operators in NJ when an improperly installed oil pressure sending unit caused the car to leak oil onto the exhaust causing huge smoke clouds was hilarious). New motor spring/summer.
