nah, the whole point of that was that im NOT on anything… Emanuel seems to think that protein/weight gainer powders dont do shit, but he couldnt be further from the truth… Some people have trouble eating 4-6k calories per day with work and other daily tasks, substituting a protein powder shake for 1-2 out of 5-6 of those meals is complleetteellyyy ok and reccomended! While you dont get ALL of the claimed protein, carbs, fats and calories that the bottle says, you do get a good 75% of it… Emanuals advice to me once, was go to mcdonalds and eat 4 big macks a day… Worst advice ive ever heard… Maybe for a power lifter, but not a bodybuilder… probably why he is a beast with no definition and im skinny but defined.
